    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe access for delivery vehicles.
    • Melbourne Furniture strives for timely delivery but is not liable for delays due to shipping or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon delivery acceptance.
    • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damages or faults within 7 days for warranty claims.
    • Melbourne Furniture does not provide refunds or returns for change of mind, except as covered under warranty terms.

    • Melbourne Furniture delivers to Melbourne metro areas at different shipping rates based on product specifications and delivery distance. Free delivery is available for customers in the Casey area, subject to product eligibility.
    • Delivery to PO box addresses is not available.
    • Customers in the Casey area may receive free delivery on eligible products. Deliveries may be one-man and may require customer assistance.
    • Safe access for large trucks is necessary, and customers must ensure their address accommodates delivery requirements.
    • Deliveries are made to the front of homes; interior placement is at the driver's discretion. Melbourne Furniture is not liable for damages due to difficult access.
    • Inclement weather may cause delivery delays. Additional delivery options may incur extra costs borne by the customer.
